At Empowered Mama Shop, Lizadela, the dedicated artist, crafts meaningful keepsake jewelry to offer solace to mothers who have experienced the loss of pregnancy, infancy, or childhood. Through our Mourning Mementos initiative, a portion of every jewelry purchase goes towards supporting bereaved parents with donated jewelry.
Before applying or nominating a loved one, please review the details of our initiative. We select a new recipient every 6-8 weeks, potentially more frequently with additional contributions. All grieving parents, regardless of gender or the nature of their loss, are eligible. Donated jewelry is exclusively from Empowered Mama Jewelry's collection.
When applying, kindly share your or their story as best you can. Breastmilk is not a requirement for nomination; we offer jewelry crafted from various meaningful materials, including formula, cremation ashes, a lock of hair, soil, sand, special fabric, or even dried flower petals received as gifts or from a funeral service.
