Refund Policy
For 1:1 Lactation Consultations: Refunds are not issued.
For Keepsake Jewelry: Returns are not accepted due to the nature of the products. Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of the purchase for a full refund. After the 24 hours, a full store credit can be issued (Orders cannot be cancelled if your inclusions arrive, this will cause confusion in this process. If inclusions are waiting to be sent or have not been received, policy stands as stated.)
Shipped Packages: Please watch the tracking updates to be aware of delivery dates. If a package is lost/stolen during shipment (with insurance), a claim will be started. If a package is lost/stolen during shipment (without insurance), please contact us to discuss further. Although, we cannot issue a refund due to the product being made. We highly encourage to purchase the insurance!
For Custom Metalsmith Jewelry:
Non-Refundable Deposits: A non-refundable deposit is required to start work on a custom piece. This deposit covers materials and initial labor.
Final Sale: Custom jewelry is often considered a final sale. Because the piece is tailored to your specifications, it will not be resellable to other customers.
Modification and Repairs: Depending on the modification/repair, please contact us for future help!
Cancellation Policy: If a customer decides to cancel the order before completion, the refund policy stands as stated above.
Documentation: Detailed communication and documentation about design expectations are crucial. This includes sketches, CAD drawings, and detailed descriptions to ensure both parties are aligned, minimizing disputes.
All sales of Digital Products are final. No refunds are allowed due to the immediate access and nature of digital products.
