All settings can be created with any of your inclusions- breastmilk, formula, ashes, a lock of hair, placenta powder, dried flowers, or umbilical cord, more. If you would like to add another inclusion that is not mentioned, don't hesitate to ask via email! Only 5-10 mls of breastmilk or formula is needed. You can find the amounts needed per inclusion on our FAQ page.

*RING ORDERS: If you are not aware of your ring size at the time of purchase, add a note at check out, and I will allow up to 3 days for an email to be sent with the size. I recommend being sized by a professional jeweler in your area to be 100% accurate. Once purchased, you will receive an email immediately with detailed packaging and shipping instructions on how to send your inclusions.

When the package arrives, you can check the Order Status page to see your order number listed. Current turnaround time is 4 months (max 6 months if custom metalsmith orders are within the same timeframe) due to the influx of orders I currently have. Order are worked as they arrive, not by sequence of order numbers.

Returns are not accepted due to the nature of this product. Colors of your inclusions can vary (specifically breastmilk) and small air bubbles can occur as each keepsake is uniquely handmade.

By placing your order, you agree to the design option you selected in which I create for you as a one-of-a-kind piece.

Orders can be canceled within 30 days of the purchase date for a full refund. After the 30 days days, a full store credit will be issued or a fee will be applied based on how far along in the process I am. Orders cannot be cancelled if your inclusions arrive, this will cause confusion in this process.

All keepsake jewelry is handmade with creative freedom from the artist. If you would like a custom design, please attach this to your order. Based on your selections, I will always do my best to fulfill your design! Air bubbles and the colors may vary with your breastmilk.

All metal settings are handmade and will have unique character. If there’s extra milk, you will be notified if it okay to toss or if you would like to utilize the extra breastmilk for a breastmilk lather.

14k Gold Filled is an affordable and great option, and it is not plated metal. This metal will not turn your skin a different color. Brass and nickel will do this and our settings do not contain these. For long-lasting piece, select the 14k Solid Gold, these can be passed down as heirlooms. Repairs can be done for a small fee.

Never resize your jewelry. The stones with your inclusions cannot withstand high temperatures and will cause the stone to alter and discolor.

I have mastered the formula for a waterproof finish for all keepsake stones, but I recommend taking off the jewelry prior to wetting for a seamless look with the stones.
